Paris Hilton's inheritance goes to charity

The future fortune of Paris Hilton, the hotel heiress, has taken a hit after her grandfather said that he would give 97 per cent of his $2.3 billion (£1.15 billion) wealth to charity.

Barron Hilton, 80, whose father Conrad founded the Hilton Hotel chain in 1919, will donate most of his fortune to the Conrad N Hilton Foundation. Only three per cent - $69 million - will be left to his heirs.

He has eight children and 23 grandchildren.Paris, who had stood to inherit an estimated $100 million, will now receive about $5 million after tax.

Mr Hilton, the chairman of the foundation, said he was "proud to follow my father's example". On his death, in 1979, Conrad Hilton left 97 per cent of his money to the foundation he had founded in 1944. But his son challenged the will and reached an accord dividing ownership of the shares with the foundation.

Paris had no immediate comment. According to Forbes magazine, the socialite earned $6.5 million last year.

There have been conflicting reports about her relationship with her grandfather, who is said to be embarrassed by Paris, who gained notoriety for an internet sex tape and was jailed for probation violation in a drink-driving case.

Other reports say he is impressed by her money-making abilities.

Lindsay Lohan denies drinking prior to 2005 car crash

Lindsay Lohan has dismissed claims that she was under the influence of alcohol, drugs or prescription medication when she collided with Raymundo Ortega in Oct 2005.

Ortega sued the 21-year-old actress in June 2007 for negligence, alleging that she had been drinking prior to the crash, and is currently seeking at least 200,000 dollars in damages.

The 'Mean Girls' star crashed her Mercedes-Benz into Ortega's van and allegedly attempted to leave the scene of the accident to avoid the ever-pursuing paparazzi.

Ortega has also accused the restaurant named Ivy for serving alcohol to Lohan, who was only 19 at that time.

However, in a court declaration dated Dec. 15, the actress said that she did not consume any alcohol either at the lunch or before arriving at the restaurant.

"I did not consume an alcoholic beverage or any type of medication or drug in the hours prior to my arrival at the Ivy. Additionally, at no time between my arrival at the Ivy and the subject automobile accident did I consume an alcoholic beverage, medication or other drug,'' E! Online quoted Lohan, as stating in the declaration.

In order to support Lohan's statement, the restaurant lawyers also submitted part of a deposition of her server that day.

Adam Novicki, who was serving the actress at the restaurant, said that Lohan was served no alcohol, nor did she try to order any.

"I know for a fact Miss Lohan did not order an Ivy gimlet," Novicki said.

According to Lohan's court documents, Ortega was at fault in the crash for making an illegal U-turn in front of the actress' car.

With the tabloids still in a frenzy over the pregnancy of 16-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears, a new teen sex scandal is making the news. Paris Hilton's teenage brother, Barron Hilton, was caught shacking up with Skye Peters, daughter of producer Jon Peters, at the Bel Air Hotel last week.

The New York Post reports 16-year-old Hilton heir Barron Hilton was discovered last week spending the night with Peters, also 16, last week at the Bel Air Hotel. According to several reports, the two were shacked up in room 261 at the hotel when "something happened" and "police were called" to the hotel, according to the Post.

Skye Peters is the daughter of Superman Returns producer Jon Peters and ex-wife Christine Peters. The couple has been engaged in a long legal battle after Christine was evicted from the couple's Bel Air home, according to the Denver Post.

A representative for Jon Peters told the New York Post's Page Six that "Jon… will be looking into the purported relationship, and why Christine is allowing their youngest daughter to spend nights out." A representative for Christine Peters told Page Six: "Christine and Kathy Hilton have been friends for years so of course Skye and Barron are friends. They were at the Bel Air several weeks ago for a luncheon, but the rest sounds crazy. Police were not called."

Gossip site TMZ.com reports Barron Hilton has been repeatedly seen out partying with big sister Paris Hilton at clubs where he is "underage."

Meanwhile, Paris is on the prowl for a fresh guy, according to TransWorldNews.com. When asked what she wanted for the New Year, Hilton reportedly replied: "A new boyfriend!"

Minister Attack Paris Hilton Over Help Promise

A born-again Christian prisons minister in America has reminded PARIS HILTON of her televised promise to aid women released from jail. Former music industry svengali Marty Angelo has written to Hilton asking her to live up to her word in 2008 after telling broadcaster Larry King of her plans to help get prisoners "back on their feet". The socialite made the comments during an appearance on Larry King Live in the days following her own release from prison, where she served 23 days of a 45-day sentence for violation of probation earlier this year (07). She told King, "I want to help set up a place where these women can get themselves back on their feet.

A place with food, shelter and clothing and programs, kind of a transitional home. I know I can make a difference and hopefully stop this vicious circle of these people going in and out of jail." But Angelo is disappointed that Hilton has yet to fulfil her promise. He says, "I would like to see Paris Hilton live up to her word. Hilton needs to remember where she comes from now. She is no longer just a high society hotel heiress but an ex-convict who God helped through her jail sentence. She owes God big time. "Paris Hilton stated she felt God gave her 'a new beginning' and things were going to be different once she was released from jail. What is so different? Where is her new beginning? All I see her doing is running in and out of nightclubs and attending various social events. What is so new about that?"

Britney Spears spends night with photographer

Britney Spears spent the night in a hotel with a photographer on Saturday.

The 'Gimme More' singer experienced another meltdown which culminated in her inviting a paparazzo known only as Adnan, who works for the Finalpixx photo agency, to share a room with her at Beverly Hills' Peninsula Hotel.

A source is quoted as saying, "Adnan and Britney met in Malibu about 10:30 p.m. She got into his car and chatted to him for a while. Then she went home and got changed into her pink wig and a leopard print mini-dress.

"She met up with Adnan at the Peninsula and they checked into a room together. He came out at 4 a.m. to buy cigarettes. When someone asked what was happening between him and Britney, he said, 'It's hard to make babies when you're just having lunch.' "

According to reports, Britney left the hotel room at 9am with Adnan following at 10:25 a.m. Sunday morning.

Adnan is believed to have followed Britney to her Mulholland Drive home, and was still there yesterday afternoon when the 26-year-old singer's sons - Sean Preston, 2, and 15-month-old Jayden James - were due to arrive for a supervised visit.

Britney's night with the photographer follows a series of events as the pop star earlier this year has shaved her head, attacked a paparazzo's car with an umbrella, and checked into rehab.

The meltdown began on Friday, following a late-night shopping trip at Target where witnesses claim Britney appeared to be randomly throwing items into her cart, and a subsequent visit at 1:15 a.m. to West Hollywood Japanese restaurant Miyagi's, where she demanded take-out food, despite being told the kitchen was closed.

After spending Saturday at home, Britney left her gated community in Malibu at 7 p.m. and drove to a nearby gas station.

She was overheard on her cell phone in the restroom having a heated argument with her personal assistant, Sam Lufti.

Witnesses claim the singer then phoned a recording studio to book a session for that night. When she was told they were fully booked, she allegedly shouted, 'I need a (expletive) studio now. Don't tell me you don't know who I am. (expletive) you. I need it now, not tomorrow!'

Britney then drove to a convenience store where she invited a photographer named Phillipe to join her in her MINI Cooper car. After talking to Phillipe for some time she asked him to call Adnan - who was at a relative's home in Santa Barbara - and summon him meet her in Malibu.

Britney previously met Adnan in September, and admired him saying he was "cute."

Lohan Ex Tells British Tab That She's A Sex Addict

Lindsay Lohan’s ex , Riley Giles, from her time at the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah, is now speaking out to a British tabloid about Lindsay’s personal life.

In a new interview with Britain’s News of the World Giles says that Lindsay is a sex addict and goes into somewhat graphic description of what they did together and tells of what she looks without clothes on. He asserts to the tabloid that Lohan, “quit coke & got hooked on sex with me.” Healso describes a mountain cabin getaway where the two went to escape rehab together.He says they locked the door, tore off their clothes and went at it “like rabbits.”

Giles’ interview reportedly came with a hefty price tag.

News of the World writes that, “the wild-child actress craved marathon nights of lust as she broke off her lethal love affair with drink and cocaine.”

Giles directly quoted to them that, “Lindsay’s definitely a nymphomaniac. She’s wild in bed. We’d have sex a couple of times in the day and then go to it through the night… We once did it four times in a row straight. That was crazy. Lindsay was insatiable. She’d demand sex again and again. We’d go at it for hours. She’d have worn out most guys.”
