Are Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton fighting over Starvos again?

With all of the cute guys dying to date a Hollywood trainwreck, it seems unlikely that Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan would rekindle their battle over greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos.

Lindsay and Paris have had a rather public battle over Starvos for a while, but now it seems like Mr. Niarchos is going for Lindsay over Paris.

According to Page Six, Paris tried to "hook up with Niarchos" at a party for the anti-smoking lozenge Ariva at Crimson in Hollywood (classy), but Starvos "wanted nothing to do with her and seemed so annoyed by her, he left the party."

After Stavros made his shady exit to go and look for Lindsay, Hilton was evidently seen wandering around the shin-dig "asking where Stavros had gone."

Could these young ladies find something else to do with all the time they have on their hands?! C'mon girls!
